When one thinks of Caribbean festivals, Toronto, Canada is not the first place in mind! But for over 40 years, every August, there has been what has grown to be the largest Caribbean festival in North America! Widely known as "Caribana", the newly renamed "Caribbean Festival" draws participants from around the world. This clip features the first of the three major competitions of the festival -- Kiddies Carnival, featuring the award-winning band Carnival Nationz.
